To be with the truthful

"O you who believe, be careful of (your duty to) Allah and be with the Truthful"-Holy Qur'an(9:119)

But we have to distinguish between right and wrong.

Don’t we pray in Surah Al Fatihah in every rakat of every namaz,

“Guide us to the straight path. The path of those upon whom You have bestowed favor, not of those who have evoked [Your] anger or of those who are astray.”

Who are the people who have been bestowed favors? and Who are the people who have evoked Allah’s anger and have gone astray?
