To be with the truthful

I think I’m going to go down with a bad cold. It’s really strange how we take our health for granted when we are alright and when we become sick we realize how important good health is! This reminds me of a hadith from Imam Ali (as) “Take advantage of your health before your sickness, your youth before your old age and your life before your death.”
